Rho Psi fraternity was established by Chinese founders at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York in 1916. It is an honorary Greek letter fraternity that has been formed as a student society.

Now, the fraternity doesn't work at the collegiate level anymore. The main goals of Rho Psi fraternity are to promote the cooperation, friendship and self-sacrifice spirit among its members, develop congeniality and brotherhood in the fraternal life.
